Meet Lightning Bug Public Relations

Hi guys. To those of you who are new, it’s nice to meet you. To those of you I haven’t seen in a while, it’s nice to interact with you again. Truth be told, it’s been awhile since I’ve dipped my toe into the world of blogging (19 months to be exact, with the brief reappearance to write a post earlier this summer about Kanye West in Wyoming).

But I’m not here to talk about Kanye. I’m here to talk about me.

MINT

Hi friends! (This bar is located in one of my favorite places: Sheridan, Wyoming).

While I’ve always been a storyteller and a writer, the past several years have been spent penning stories for and about Glacier Country Tourism in Western Montana, writing fashion pieces for the Missoulian, doing a dating column for the Great Falls Tribune, writing columns and editorial pieces for my college newspaper and most recently, telling the stories of The Cowboy State at the Wyoming Office of Tourism.

All of that to say this: I’m back to blogging. And it feels good.

On the here-is-some-more-news-for-you front, after more than 13 years of working for advertising agencies, regional DMOs and a state DMO, I’ve spread my glitter-loving wings and started my own public relations and communication firm: Lightning Bug Public Relations. And you guys, I’m super (as in super duper) excited!

At Lightning Bug Public Relations, I’ll be working with and for clients in the Rocky Mountain West. And truth be told, I feel honored, thankful and blissfully excited to work with incredible clients to share what makes them so special, raise awareness, promote their businesses, provide education and to help tell their stories. (Shameless plug alert: if you want to work with me, take a look at the types of services I offer here. Or feel free to drop me a note here.)

From the bottom of my adventure-loving, messy-haired heart, thank you for taking this new adventure with me. Can’t wait to see you down the road.

xo,
TT
