Led by Tia Troy, an accomplished communication professional with 13 years of experience in marketing and public relations, Lightning Bug Public Relations specializes in PR, social media, communication, media outreach, marketing, events, writing and editing, as well as a solid track record of earning results.

Tia Troy | CEO/Founder

A product of small-town Montana, Tia brings her spunky, quick-witted personality to the world of PR. After earning a bachelor’s degree at BYU-Idaho (where she served as the editor-in-chief of her school newspaper), Tia spent the next 14 years in Montana and Wyoming where she specialized in travel, tourism, hospitality and retail marketing and public relations. In 2018, Tia founded Lightning Bug Public Relations and today represents clients throughout a three-state region to find their voice, tell their stories and garner results.

When she’s not in the office, chances are you’ll find Tia strumming her guitar Miles, reading a book or sharing her latest adventures on Instagram.

Kezia Allen | Account Coordinator

Since earning her bachelor’s degree from University of Providence and her master’s degree from Montana State University, Kezia joined Lightning Bug Public Relations in January 2019 where she has been putting her research and analytical skills to work. The outdoor world is a special place to her and she loves sharing it through her work with clients in outdoor recreation and travel.

When not in the office, you can find Kezia coaching basketball, hiking and fishing with her husband and little girls or taking in sporting events throughout the country.
